I'm Dr. Hassan Eliwa, a Senior Project Controls and Planning Engineer, researcher, author, and educator with over 17 years of international experience in project management, construction planning, scheduling, project controls, and digital transformation.

Throughout my career, I have worked on major infrastructure, transportation, and construction projects, helping organizations improve project performance through effective planning, schedule management, cost control, risk management, and data-driven decision-making.

I hold a PhD and have published academic research in leading international journals. However, my passion extends beyond academia. I enjoy transforming complex project management concepts into practical, easy-to-understand insights that professionals can immediately apply in real-world projects.
